A duplicate costs 50€.
To obtain a duplicate of your equivalence decision, you have 3 possibilities:
1. By email
By sending an e-mail to equi.oblig(at)cfwb.be with « duplicate » as subject and indication in the content of name(s), first name(s), date of birth and date (or year) of issue of the initial equivalence and attaching proof of online payment in PDF format.
2. By letter:
Make a request by letter and enclose:
1) a letter with name, first names, date of birth and date (or year) of issue of the initial equivalence;
2) the original proof of payment of the fee (50 €) with communication “Name, first name, equivalence duplicate”.

3. At our offices:
Make an appointment at the Equivalence department: appointment form.
During your appointment at our office, you can directly pay the aministrative fee by bank card.
Was your equivalence decision issued more than 10 years ago?
Requests for duplicate of equivalence issued more than 10 years ago take some time to process due to the delocalisation of the archives.
You have 2 options.
1) BY EMAIL:
By sending an e-mail to equi.oblig@cfwb.be with « duplicate » as subject and indication in the subject of name. first names, date of birth, country of the certificate, address of the applicant, date (or year) of issue of the initial equivalence, your telephone number and attaching proof of online payment in PDF format. Indicate name, first names, date of birth, country of the certificate, address of the applicant, year of entry of your equivalence file, the date (or year) of issue of your initial equivalence, your email address, your telephone number and enclose proof of payment (debit proof).
