In case of problem with an administrative service of Wallonia and the Wallonia-Brussels Federation, if the citizen feels wronged by a decision, if a question of the citizen remains unanswered, if the citizen is stuck in his actions, the Mediator’s mission is to listen, advise, make the necessary contacts to find solutions and follow the file until the end, free of charge.
